TO ALL CLIENTS:

We are writing you this letter, as a valued client,

to inform you of new regulations from the United States

Immigration and Naturalization Service regarding every one of

your employees.

It is now necessary for you to fill out a form I9.

Section I (the top section) of the enclosed form must be

filled out by each employee.

IN ADDITION, YOU MUST GET A PHOTOCOPY OF THE

EMPLOYEE'S SOCIAL SECURITY CARD AND A PHOTOCOPY OF HIS

OR HER DRIVER'S LICENSE OR OTHER GOOD PHOTO IDENTIFICATION

AND STAPLE THE PHOTOCOPIES ONTO EACH FORM I9.

Failure to comply with the above could subject to

you to severe penalties starting at $250.00.

Please photocopy the enclosed form I9 and use one

for each employee.

You must save the filled out forms along with the

photocopies of the ID as described above.

PS: This isn't our idea. This law applies even if you

personally know that your employees are U.S. Citizens
