Smolen & Smolen Privacy Policy Statement

Despite the fact that we have multiple licenses and practice

both accounting and law, our privacy statement is simple and
precise:

Neither we, nor our staff will reveal any information contained
in your files to ANYONE without your prior permission.

Sometimes this will result in our having to ask one of your
advisors or agents to call you so that you can contact us to
furnish information on your behalf. We are sure that you will
agree that this is the best policy around.

The only exception to the above is in the event that our office
receives a subpoena to which there is no legal grounds upon
which we may rely to not furnish the information requested in
the subpoena.
